Unfortunately not. Our policy is to not handle customers credit/debit card details, which is why we use a third party payment processing company Paypal (authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution).
We ALWAYS send out a confirmation email soon after receiving your order details from Paypal. If you haven't received one, the most likely explanation is that our email has been classed as spam and either stopped by your spam filters, or your ISP's spam filters.
If you have an AOL, Yahoo, or Hotmail email address, it is extremely unlikely that you would receive an email from us as these companies have extremely antisocial spam filters which block out many legitimate emails - including our receipts.
Further, AOL and Yahoo are implementing a system to charge for emails to be delivered. Emails not paid for will be classed as spam. On a point of principle we refuse to pay.
USA: All orders are sent within 2 working days Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7 working days though to account for Postal Service problems (!).
UK/EUROPE: Please allow 7-10 working days.
Rest of World: Please allow up to 15 working days.
The most common reason is that the Postal Service attempted to deliver your order while you were out, and did not leave a 'we tried to deliver your order card'. Before contacting us, please contact your local Post Office Sorting Office and ask whether they have a package for you.
The majority of people start to see an effect within 10 to 14 days. Some people see an effect sooner, a few later. The reason we cannot be exact, is that your metabolism is unique, different to everyone else's, with your lifestyle and eating habits equally special to you.
